During series 1, Professor Green, UK rap artist and, at the time of recording, patron of the anti-suicide charity CALM, is accompanied by Professor John Harrison, Visiting Professor at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King’s College London.

Together they cover a variety of topics: dealing with media overload, maintaining relationships, facing external pressures and the unexpected, asking for help and what life is like on the ‘other side’ when you’re managing a mental health condition.

Both Professor Green and Professor Harrison share their own experiences and advice on developing coping strategies, in the hope of encouraging people to recognise when they’re struggling and when to ask for help.
